I started ww exactly a month ago. I've lost 7 lbs and find it very easy to follow. I have not gone to meetings...online only. I love the convenience as my free time is very limited. I have hypothyroidism and this is very encouraging for me!

I have been on ww before and I lost 27 pounds, and I love it, I dont feel deprived what so ever, I had a baby in 2006 and gain lots of weight I still need to lose about 30 pounds, but I have decided to join again, so I start my meetings this friday, wish me good luck :) I hope I can handle it with my baby and all the stress in my life

I'VE BEEN ON WW SINCE FEBRUARY AND MY LOSS COMES TO 21 LBS. PLUS 10LBS LOST BEFORE JOINING, A TOTAL OF 31. TO ALL THOSE OUT THERE THAT SAY THEY ARE NOT LOSING FAST AND ARE STILL HUNGRY...VEGETABLES!!FOR SNACKS AND FILLERS FOR YOUR REGULAR MEALS. I WAS A BIG EATER..IT WAS NOT WHAT I ATE IT WAS HOW MUCH! NOW I REALLY EAT A LOT LESS MEAT AND AM ABLE TO EXERCISE SO MUCH BETTER. ROSALIE IS RIGHT...WE FAIL... NOT WW. GET OUT AND MOVE AND IT WILL COME OFF. I started WW this week, and I have to admit, it is alot easier then I thought it was going to be. As each day goes by, my hungar does not seem to be as constant. I am excited to keep going. My meeting is in 3 days, and I can not wait to see how much weight I have lost. WW is really a diet anyone can do.

WW rocks! Great plan. You should never be hungry on this plan. You can eat your free veggies and there are many low pt options. You can always exercise to get extra pts to eat. WW is a healthy eating plan that you can and should do for the rest of your life. Like others have said, the program does not fail, we do. My husband and I do not feel like we are 'on a diet'. We are living healthy and excercising. We LOVE WW!!!

This is my 5th month on WW and I love it. I have lost 40 lbs to date and I KNOW I never could have done it without it. I try to exercise 4-5 times a week and following the points for me has never been easier. I recommend this Life Style Change to everyone.

I lost 70 lbs. on Weight Watchers a few years ago. I combined the program with intense workouts at the gym. Then I stopped exercising and gradually my old eating habits crept back, along with most of the weight. I'm now doing WW again only this time I didn't sign up for meetings. I still have all the literature and points counter and I can do it at home just as well. I would recommend this plan because you don't have to buy special foods.

I think WW is great, i have been on it now for two weeks and have allready lost 15 lbs. my goal is to lose 30 lbs. in 30 days and so far i am a little ahead of schedule. I would recomend it to anyone it is great and the points value system is much easier to follow then it seems.

I started WW in 2005, I attended the meetings faithfully for a year, lost 50 lbs. then I went to the on-line WW and maintained my loss, but was in a rutt. couldn't seem to lose anymore, I met the love of my life and put 25lbs back on!! You know what they say about being happy and in love;). but I'm back to my meetings-started 3 weeks ago and have lost 3.8 lbs. I'M NEEDING MOTIVATION.
