-Its a scam!! i saw the trial version and bought both the acai berry blast and the power colon cleanse with shipping fee of 29.95USD each. 3days later i realised there was a hold up amt of 300+ in my bank account, called up the bank and the debit card dept did a check for me and was told that there was a total of 4 transactions from 2 merchants. one of the merchant CAPSTARDIET was the one that i purchased and another merchant called QUICKSOLUTIONORDER..that one i have never heard of or did any purchases from and they deducted a total of 200 over dollars from me. I believe that once u purchase the acai berry trial, they'll give away our card details to another company. So DO NOT purchase the free trial online. Now i had to cancel my card and get it replaced. I'm still in the process of trying to get my money refunded, no idea if i'll ever get that money back tho.
posted Aug 9th, 2009 6:34 amFew days back i just received the acai berry blast and the colon cleanse now i'm thinking of taking the pills since i already paid for them but i'm worried, not sure if i should take it or not since it is a scam afterall. Worried if there'll be any side effects or whether you'll get sick after eating it ? Does anyone know ?

-Rip Off, Scam
posted Jul 16th, 2009 3:44 pmCan anyone tell me what exactly you sign up for? You purchase your "free trial" of acai blast then get like 4 other charges (so far) on your credit card from other companies. Can anyone tell me what Web Saver is? I can't find any info on it but it charged my account $35.95. I called and canceled it and they said I signed up for it on-line or over the phone, which I did neither. Do not do this!!!!
I am cancelling my Visa card TODAY!

Hey, I just bought the Acai Blast from a vitamin store for $12.99 plus tax. Am wondering if anyone has actually used this product and if it worked. I figured I'd do the safe thing (because I heard it on another blog site) and buy the prod from a vitamin store. Just wondering. Please advise. Thanks!

posted Jul 14th, 2009 11:06 amDO NOT DO THIS!
THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE MADNESS IS TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD DUE TO FRAUD.
Please do not do this! I am being scammed. I have over 50 emails back and forth with these people. Most email addresses are disabled now. I was charged, then refunded partially, then told it was canceled. On the same day as my partial refund, i was charged again under a different name & phone number. Both phone numbers were disabled. The product is only a half a month supply and you are charged for a full month supply. These people are mean, wishy washy and can't read.
I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON THE HARD WAY & WISH YOU BEST OF LUCK =)

-BEWWARE COMPLETE FRAUD:
posted Jul 8th, 2009 1:16 pmFisrt, let me say that I am a professional, well educated 47 old women. I am wrtting to help prevent any further fraud with these products.
Her are my findings so far:
You can see the same girl on 2 different sites (she is named Denise or CLaudine) FIrst of all this is all photoshop touch up.
Orddered the colon cleanser and acai berry pills. Received the trial at $5.95 each on June 29th. THese are nothing more than cornstarch pills to me: they both look, smell and taste the same. No mention of any kind of laboratory on the label (this is not legal). I will take them to a lab to get analysed.
Was then invoiced for 2 x 95.68$ on july 5th. (did not receive anything more than the trial ).
I took the arrangements with my bank to cancel any further payment and I am reporting this to the fraud bureau, with all the appropriate back-up (keep the envelope they come in: mine were adressed by Marketing Ventures in Ontarion.) I have kept all emails etc. These companies are taking advantage of our desire to look good. Beleive me, I am not over with them.

Holy crap! I just ordered a bottle online yesterday!!! Didn't know it was a scam but kind of figured out today I was misled and the "Blast" version was NOT the one on the rachel ray show and not the one oprah spoke of! How darn misleading this company is. I am reporting my credit card stolen TODAY so they can't start putting charges on it!

I ordered the FREE trial with just paying shipping, and handling. they told me the day FROM my order date which was the 19th that my free trial will be up!! (which is 10 days) I called the day before which was the 28th and they said that I called a day after my trail date, and billed me $109.00..
posted Jun 3rd, 2009 4:00 pmeveryone knows 19+10 is 29 how is my trial over on the 28th? SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

-The free trial is not just a free trial. I got stung by the small print as the company based in Cyprus gets you to sign up as a member with the free trial and then auotomatically charges you each month and a membership fee. The product did not work either. SO BE AWARE IF THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU NO CONTACT DETAILS APART FROM A PHONE OR E-MAIL.

-It's a TOTAL SCAM. The trial is for 15 days, but you only receive it AFTER 15 days, so then your credit card is already charged. Plus, they don't respond to cancellation notices, so the only way is to go through a nightmare process with the credit card company.

-Acai Blast, superlife products
posted Apr 27th, 2009 3:17 amI have the same comment, ordered a 'trial' charged my card 5.95 for shipping
product arrives no insrtuctions or return address, 3 days after recieving it I get an email from superlife products..saying since I did not return the unused portion
of the product my card would be charged
$ 79.95.. I immediatley contacted my bank.. who said the charge would have to hit my card before they could do anything, charge hit (debit card) ..
the bank said they would cancel my card
but not even '2 weeks later 'another email & another chage from these people>>what a scam..first one I have ever been 'duped' by...when you call the number that shows as an ID number when it hits the bank.. the person will say they will email superlife products
and they copy you on the email NO RESPONSE after

-I bought just the pills quite a while back from GNC. I ate 2 capsules a day for about 3 weeks and i did exercise and had a good diet for that same time. All I lost was the 3 pounds that i would've lost without the pills.
