Calling all coffee drinkers! Even though coffee is the number one source of antioxidants for Americans and most of us can't imagine a morning's commute to work without it, according to some weight loss experts, coffee disrupts how your body produces insulin and utilizes glucose, stimulating fat storage, rather than revving up your metabolism.
But the new drink, Boresha Skinny claims to have found a sneaky away to still allow you to have your coffee and burn through fat. Boresha's BSkinny™ Thermogenic Fat-Burning Coffee combines the delicious, rich taste of Boresha's Certified 100% Organic Fair Trade AA Arabica Coffee with a proprietary fat-burning blend.
Boresha features six different products.
- BSkinny: The coffee.
- BSweet: A natural, low glycemic sweetener that can be added to the coffee or used in baking.
- BCreamy: A fat-free vanilla flavored creamer that is also all natural and can be added to the coffee.
- NuvoGene Tea: A kind of green and fruit tea that increases metabolic activity without inducing the hunger that comes from the “crash” effect.
- ARG Matrix: A blend of the amino acid, L-Arginine, which has been shown to aid in increasing lean muscle development by signaling muscle cells and the release of growth hormone.
Unlike other caffeine in coffee, BSkinny™'s proprietary blend contains a buffered form of caffeine and low-glycemic sweetener so that blood sugar levels remain stable without any "spikes" or "crashes." The product claims to decrease fat storage and increase metabolic activity so that more fat is utilized and less fat is stored by just drinking BSkinny™ coffee.
For those who really believe in Boresha's slim-drinking magic, you can opt in for their cooperative marketing program, which is a pyramid-like selling plan.
Do You Know the Best Diets of 2024?
- Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants
- Coffee has thermogenic properties
- Boresha coffee contains organic and fair-trade coffee
- Accompanying sweeteners and creamers are natural and safe for diabetics
- Weight loss claims are likely exaggerated
- Coffee's fat-storage potential may have more to do with the sugar, cream, chocolate, whipped cream and syrups that are added to popular coffee drinks and less to do with coffee's inherent properties
- May cause jittery side effects
- Any weight lost is likely to be regained once the person goes back to resuming their normal drinking and eating patterns
- More expensive than regular coffee
Boresha coffee products contain Certified 100% Organic Fair Trade AA Arabica coffee, buffered caffeine, Vitamin C and chromium.
Each package makes the day’s recommended two servings. To make the coffee, you will make a five to six cup pot of coffee. Drink half of the coffee in the morning on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes prior to eating.
Wait at least four hours before drinking the other half of the coffee (your second serving for the day) again on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before eating. Try to avoid other forms of caffeine (sodas, energy drinks, etc) within two hours before or after drinking the skinny coffee as they can decrease the fat burning results.
There are no specific diet or exercise guidelines with drinking Boresha coffee, but any successful weight loss or health program contains a regular fitness routine and low calorie diet plan.
You are expected to feel less hunger while drinking the Boresha Skinny coffee.
Boresha's BSkinny coffee is an innovative metabolism-boosting beverage that claims to speed up fat loss through its proprietary blend of buffered caffeine and organic coffee beans. While its thorough website and product descriptions are impressive, it's hard to believe that a special coffee will promote weight loss without also a low-calorie diet plan and exercise routine.
Even though the product makes a distinct point to not be mistaken as a magic weight loss pill, its lack of a diet and exercise plan discredits its authenticity.
If you are taking any medication or have a sensitivity to coffee or caffeine, get the clearance from your doctor before sipping on a mug of Boresha BSkinny coffee.

+I LOVE my NuvoGene energy drink and the Matrix!I Matrix helps with my mom's cardiovascular problem and she raves how her feet aren't numb since she stopped her meds and started correcting issues naturally.

+Started just over 3 weeks ago with the tea only. Here's what I noticed. The cleanest energy ive ever had from anything claiming to give energy. No jitters at all and I'm very sensitive to that kind of thing. I like most didn't pay attention to what I was eating. In three weeks ive subconsciously with no effort broke a huge soda habbit. My tastebuds have changed and the things i used to love are no longer really appealing. Ive made changes without realizing it until after. I have mild MS symptoms and this helped combat the fatigue that kept me from moving and kept me from being motivated. I now have a desire to move. I may not be working out, but im moving and feel great. Ivr even monitored my sugars and they have not gone higher then 116. Diabetes runs in my family and I had some precursers. In three weeks I've lost 5 lbs and feel better then I have in years and years.

?Can I take 4 packets of Bskinny tea and coffee per day? Could I take 2 servings of the coffee and two servings of the tea per day to get maximum results. So 4 packets a day, is that ok or will that cancel it out?
Mimi
I myself burned 18 lbs of fat from the coffee. I am 47 years old and wearing a size two now. If you have doubts about the validity of the product you should try it for yourself. I know many people that love the energy as well as having great results from using this Boresha B Skinny Coffee.

+It does everything it claims. I am a daily must have coffee drinker. If you educate yourself about the syphalic response it is clear why a black cup of coffee triggers the body to store fat. Most diet programs will tell you to stop coffee and tea for that reason. This BSkinny coffee has buffered caffeine so it doesnt spike you blood sugar levels. It is equivalent to a cup of decaffe coffee. Its great tasting, high quality, low acid. I have lost 2 1/2" in my waist and 8pds in 2mths. This has 24 yrs of clinical studies behind it and a federal patent.
