Who would give their cc info with reading the terms and cond.? I don't get it.
I just received it and I called to cancel. I am not sure if it works or note, but I read the terms and I played by the rules. Easy, Now I am not under a certain timeframe to see if it works or to make sure I cancel in time. Lesson learned people- dont give out personal info w/o reading what you're getting into.

Product pre-billing and auto shipping makes this is a very bad consumer model. You can not get anyone to answer the phone to cancel orders. They post their number on the web and in response to blogs, but then do not answer the phone. Too bad, it might be an ok product in the long run, but their actions are too similar to what could be a scam.

I've been taking it for 3 weeks and I eat much less. I'm just not hungry anymore especially in the evening. And for the lady who said it was a rip off that they charged her account, did she read the fine print, it clearly states that you are going into auto shipment and sets out the amount. I phoned to cancel the Fitfactory and got through right away and it was cancelled. I'll stay on the Bromalite for 3 months and then cancel. I'm down 5 pounds and have no cravings. Sorry everyone else is so dissapointed.

I'm glad I read all of these review before they start charging me for more bottles. I called and canceled my card. Hopefully, I did it on time. What a rip-off.

I was not aware that my credit card would be charged for automatic enrollment of 69.95. I learned this after reading some of the postings. I am cancelling my credit card before I get charged. No where does it say on the site the customer will be charged any additional fees.

This is fraudulent activity - bate and switch. I have disenrolled in the fitness program...received confirmation number for that. I have tried calling the toll free number- was on hold for 20 minutes and then the phone click and I cant get through to anyone.
