They have been charging me every month and i cant figure out how to cancel. What a scam this is. I sure hope not many more people get wrapped up into this. If i don't get this resolved soon, I will report to the BBB!

I did not like it with my heart meds it did not work and my heart doc. told me to stop takeing it because of side effects that may occure useing the two meds. together.

I just called them to cancel my order after I read all of these comments. I ordered like a week ago and sorry to those people who had problems. I recorded my whole conversation over the phone so that just in case I have problems they cant slick rick me. They better know who they are dealing with.

I cannot beleive how you companies work! You reel people in and then you won't let go without getting all the money you can on their ccards. Why does things have to be so complicated? If a person does not want to continue with the product WHY is there not a simple phone call to solve the problem instead of all the hassle? Please tell me WHY? You as a company should be ashame. The same with the company that advertizes along with you, ACAI MAX, they are still going to charge my cc even though I pleaded that it be cancelled and that I would return their product because for some reason I was getting sick from it. I should have known when I received the 2 products there was no # or e-mail or address to contact them. If a company is OPEN to their customers they would have a good way to contact them without bull#%%$@. I feel I have taken full advange of and I am so disappointed in you, just take my money and run.

I have it for 3 months. I did not loose one pound.
I'm going to aerobic everymorning and I'm supposed to loose 500 Cal a day with exercise plus another 400 with ColonThin.
Bullshit. Nothing is working. I've watch my diet for the last 3 month and : NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT CRAP. I can't even cancelled it. There is no info how or where and they are still taking the money from my credit card.
What a scam.

This is the biggest scam I have ever run across. Sure wish that i would have read the comments before ordering. Please report to BBB and let them know about how this company deceives you.... BTW their phone number is 877-434-0151 Give them H*LL!!!

The product gave me horrid cramps and I did not lose any weight.. After the free trial the company continued to chage my credit card $100.39 a month shipping without sending me any additional productt.

I was considering doing a colon cleanse. Googled it and a webMD article was the first thing to pop up, essentially it states that the idea of colon cleansing is a strange fad, and unnecessary. After which I started looking at some colon cleanses and found this product. On the website there is a qoute from the same webMD article I read:

"According to some alternative health advocates, just as you routinely shampoo your hair or scrub your floor, you should be regularly cleaning your colon as well. In fact, some people are making a lot of money persuading people that their colons are packed with several years' worth of decaying waste and that a colon cleanser will solve the problem"

Which part of that sentence do you think their website chose to include?

Nuff said.

this is total scam. they gave me 14 days notice and i had canceled to be subscribed after 10 days my first trial oder was placed. but they got my $69.xx 4 times. first, i called them to check why you guys kept charging it after they charged me one time. they told me it'll take 17 business days to confirm it. WTH 17 business days? it means a month and i kept asking them to give me their email address because i thought that's the only way to make proof, but they said they have no email address and talking over the phone is way more convenient than email. during confirmation time, they charged me twice. finally i got full refund by calling my credit card company. if i paid by debit, there would be practically no way to get my money back. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wish I would have read these postings before the order was placed. I had noticed the 14-day period for cancellation and set-up a task reminder to do so; however, although I had sent them an email they had already charged my cc eventhough today is the 14th day. I called and now will wait for my refund but I did have them send it to me in writing.

i ordered this product and was charged the $4 something for the 14 day TRIAL. Then when i tried to cancel they had already charged me $69.95. I called customer service to see about getting my money back. I was just given an email address to write to. The person who wrote back to me said that in the terms and conditions it states that you will be charged the 69.95 if you don't cancel before the 14 days. Since i had opened the bottle i could not get a full refund, although i have not taken any of the pills. I was told i would only get 1/2 of my money back. What a waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

well its been twice that they got 69$ from my account and i ordered that colothin ONCE for 4$ .....NOW I JUST CALLED them to cancel , and the reprentative asked abt my full name and mailing address , and she said ok its canceled and youll get your refund withing 10 business days .............. we"ll seeeeeeeee !!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not under any circumstances give these people any personal details. Their advertising of their 'Free' Trial is a scam - what you will in fact find is that you are charged the shipping cost (ca. $8) and, subsequent to that, you are charged $69.95. All in all, the Free Trial costs over $75. Not so free after all. Plus you will start to receive a host of irritating telemarketing calls from people whose grasp of spoken English is tenuous at best.

These people are disingenuous at best. If you happen to have given them your details, call them and cancel.

I ve been using this product for about two weeks. And see no results so far (just keeping me on the toilet). I tried to call and cancel and was told the rep's computer was down and to call back. I called back and was advised there was no record of my first call but they would cancel and would send me a confirmation email. Ive never received that confirmation email. In order to cancel my subsciption I had to go through my bank to put a stop on them coming into my account. I wouldnt recommend this product!
