?I am on seizure med, can I still get on the 360 . I do only drink one cup of coffee a day. But after that I. Start shaking can I still take the 360??

I have never commented on an product before but, I have to share this. I am 54 years old. After Dieting and joining a gym, I only lost 15 pounds in 7 months ( I was stuck). I have been taking the vitamin code for women 50 & wiser "love em". The sales person at Vitamin Shoppe introduced me to Diet 360. That was in July it's September and I can say I have now lost 16 more pounds with exercise and diet 360 . I am asked everyday "what I am doing to lose weight"? I tell em how great diet 360 is and about my exercise class. The down side to that is, "the Vitamin Shoppe is out of the 360 and GNC no longer carries Garden of life" because everyone I tell has been buying them. Anyway they said I should do an advertisement for you. I hope this is sufficient " I LOVE Diet 360 and vitamin code".

+I've been taking diet 360 for one month and one week along with a regular (3-4 x week) exercise and I have lost 7 pounds. I don't overdue the calorie intake and restrict myself as much as I should but the pills seems to help me with my carb cravings. The product says most people lose 10 pounds in 60 days. I'm already down 7 and its only been a month. I'm going to keep taking 360 as I have not felt any bad side effects.

+I took my first tablet this afternoon, so far I'm feeling fine. I've been working out at the gym and trying to cut back on carbs. I'm hoping the combination will help me shed some weight. The ingredients seem safe enough, I even had my pharmacist check it out since I am also on BP med and an Anti-Depressant. I will write again after I finish the bottle
