The Doctor's Chocolate recommended dosage is twice daily in the morning before breakfast and in the evening. You can each as much of the Doctor's Chocolate as you like but be careful of the gastrointestinal effects that come from consuming sugar alcohols in large quantities. But if you are looking to lose some weight, following a low-calorie eating program with adequate amounts of carbohydrates, fats and protein will help you reach your weight loss goal.

Also, many health experts might find criticism with the Doctor's Chocolate lack of an exercise or eating program.

I have not actually tried this particular doctor's choclate but I knew dark choclate could help with weight loss. Dark choclate act as appetite- depressant, and has health supporting antioxidants. More choclate the darker & bitter, more better it is for your body. Try dark choclate bars such as Lindl Excellence 85% cocoa. It has been working for me.

-Buy some cocoa powder at the grocery for 2 or 3 dollars, mix with Splenda or the sweetener of your choice and you'll get the same antioxidants that you get from the Doctor's Chocolate at a fraction of the 49.95 cost.
