The Fat Burning Furnace Ultimate is an e-book guide available to help you lose weight and burn fat. You can either do the 21-day trial for a small processing fee, or download the program outright. You’re never charged again once you have downloaded and paid for the material.
The Fat Burning Furnace is a plan that doesn’t require you to count calories and it works for both men and women. But to get the full description of the product, you must either do the trial download or purchase the e-book. The system does come with a step-by-step fat burning blueprint, 12 months of email coaching, free updates for a year and the Fat Burning Furnace toolkit.
Program includes step-by-step instructions on what to do
One time fee for purchasing this e-book
CON
Web site very vague as to any details about the program
No real information given on diet or exercise
Hard to tell how quickly you will see results
DIET and NUTRITION
With Fat Burning Furnace, it is implied that there is information within the book containing meal suggestions, recipes and certain foods that should be avoided. There is a blog on the web site that talks about the type of carbs that are more harmful than others. Beyond that, there is no information given on what types of food will be eaten when following this plan, or what types of foods will be avoided.
EXERCISE
Exercise is also mentioned but not with any specific instructions. It is mentioned that a gym membership or access to certain equipment is needed in order to perform some of the exercises. Beyond that advice, no other information is given about the exercise portion of the program.
CONCLUSION
Overall the Fat Burning Furnace doesn’t seem to give enough information for those searching for a weight loss program. When researching, you want to be able to compare, and so little information is given, you just can’t make a valid assessment. There are several programs on the market that are more upfront with what is involved with following them.
This program is a rip off of Michael Geary's "The Truth About Six-Pack Abs" and is almost word for word with Michael's book(I have both). This is NOT a diet, but a recommendation on weight training and eating healthy, but there's not much new information in there that you cannot find on other health sites. Rob Poulos charges $39.00 to tell you the obvious. If you're a junk food junkie and live on processed foods and really don't know how to eat living foods and move more to get your metabolism going, then by all means, either of these programs will help you to understand why regular diets just don't work. It is, however, much easier to just make the decision to stop eating garbage and eat plant-based fruits and veggies, whole-grain unprocessed carbs with small amounts of protein and it will save you the money.
