Common Misspellings
hilton health head, head Hilton head, Hilton heads health
Not realistic, not sustainable and nothing new here. Who has months to dedicate their lives. Reality shows miss the real point... making it work in the real world is what counts... imprisoning yourself at a spa is a sure fire way to guarantee it will never work at home.
I bet if you took months off from work and spent your days moving and feeding yourself, your results would be close to the same...and your ability to really keep it off... far, far greater than spending it at a spa. Too unrealistic...too cookie cutter.

I have watched your show (heavy) and I loved what took place during the 6-months, it seemed that everyone at H3 was doing this to make a difference in the world, all the support, and drive I guess was all for SHOW !!!!! do you really think the average household can afford your rates, ok maybe for Hiltonhead !!! I guess in order to be thin you have to have deed pockets, I guess I wont be watching the show anymore, being over weight is devastating enough let alone watching a show knowing that this will never be you, I might as well play the lottery, I at least can afford a ticket on my nursing salary
