+I just started taking this. I am taking two and will graduate to 3 but I can't do more because it will effect my sleep. So I will continue with just one dose a day in the AM before a workout. I do major cardio after I take it and I notice I have more energy to go longer. I also don't get very hungry and am eating far less. I also notice that if I use the steam room for 20 min after the workout it helps me to sleep later.

I Just had a baby 5 months ago (9 punds at birth).yup i got big.....and i gained a lot of weight... I have lost all my preg... wait but before i got preg. i had gained 30 pounds.. That is my goal.. 30 pounds.. I am currently at 5'8 190 21yrs. So here is my fool-proof diet plan for all of you, free of charge:
1) Get off of your more frequently than just for trips to the refrigerator.
2) Walk away from the dinner table after one helping, and try to pass on dessert once in a while.

And as a correction to the review, they do have excercise and nutritional help on the website. they have recipes, workout guides and info about the correct ways to work out & eat healthy. +OK--I am overseas in Iraq--you wouldn't think you could gain weight in the Sahara Desert but you actually do. It's the DFACs--three meals a day--nonstop work, and no time for breaks. Well--I switched jobs over here, I am actually working for a company that promotes exercising. Right now I am the only one in the office NOT dieting. I bought the HC pills about two months ago in Kuwait--but never used them or started exercising. My plan is to start the new year right with a resolution to get in shape, lose weight, and become healthier. I just turned 39 on December 27 and have noticed the weight I gained and so does everyone else. So let's see what happens. I know I have to change something--I know what I have been doing is not healthy. It's like I am planning my own cardiac arrest. Well...pray for me and I will do the same. Either way...something is going to change.
