Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?
- May help to temporarily assist in weight loss
- Created by a respected name in the health and fitness industry
- May cause side effects
- Not a solution to sustainable weight loss
- Goes against much of Jillian Michaels' diet guidance and philosophy on how to lose weight
The Maximum Strength Calorie Control contains yerba mate, coffee bean extract, guarana, cocoa extract, l-glutamine, l-tyrosine, damiana, ginger, white willow bark.
The Maximum Strength Fat Burner contains CLA, grapefruit extract, bitter orange extract, blood orange extract, sweet orange extract, coleus forskohlii, tribulus terrestis.
Two capsules of the Calorie Control supplement are taken before each meal and two capsules of the Fat Burner are taken daily.
Even though Jillian Michaels has created an entire portal of diet books and fitness DVDs, her Quickstart Rapid Weight Loss System does not come with any specific diet or exercise guidelines.

Diet pills are never an answer to weight loss and no one should know this better than diet guru Jillian Michaels. The launch of her own diet supplement system therefore comes as a bit of a disappointment to those who eschew pill popping for the tried-and-true regimen of diet and exercise in order to lose weight.
Her Quickstart Rapid Weight Loss System might confuse her devoted followers and send the wrong message to anyone looking to lose weight the old-fashioned but proven way.
However, if you are interested in using Jillian Michaels Quickstart weight loss pills, then speak with your doctor before beginning.

-tried for the first time this morning at 6am with a full glass of water. About and hour after I took the 2 pills a slight headache began, it's now 12:30 pm and the headache is unbearable. I don't dare take my next two at 1 pm. In fear my headache will never go away. So much for that, I will just continue to excercise and diet , the old fashion way

+I really liked this. I lost weight but I was also dieting and exercising. My bloating went down, I felt less hungry, and I felt amazing. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Well i will speak for all the diet pill out there. Before i had kids i was 18 years old i had some dissapointment in my weight.I decided to go with diet pills, when i took them i couldnt stop taking it,i got addicted to it,i started to have kidney infection i was nautious i was weak i started to lose weight fast but i was weak to exercise.I met my husband and decided to stop the pills it wasnt easy but i did it.I got pregnant gained pretty alot of weight but had kidney infection and it really affected my pregnancy and dangered my baby.I got scoliozes(Crookied spine ) that was the worst, especially when i recovered the pregnancy. If i had done diffrent before i was pregnant maybe i would of have no infection and i would gain strenght after pregnancy. So my challenge was to go old way eat healthy drink alot of water and workout, but didnt get the chance to do it because i got pregnant again.:)After second pregnancy i didnt wait i went straight to workouts,as it was my routine, evry morning and at night,i took it slow 20 min morning and 20 min at night. Then a month later i progressed later with 45 min morning 20 min at night.I made great healthy meals, garlic is great for you,so use it it in meals.I was thinking about pills of course but then i read Jillian Michaels book where she said to drink coffee before you workout and alot of water thats what they put in the pills.I feel great my back dont hurt i gain muscles my husband is jelouse i lost my baby belly and my husband still has it lol.I feel energized i can pick up my kids and run around with them, they get tierd first before i do.I am 26 now i didnt feel any better in my life like i do now.Just go and get jillian dvd they are great start for people to lose the wight.Good luck to all and stay healthy think about organic products as well.

+My experience: Use Calorie Control and Fat Burner together for best results. You will FEEL more energy due to the caffeine, which is good if you are tiered and sluggish as it will give you the energy to exercise. But take the opportunity to actually do the exercise, don't just sit on the couch - help yourself, the supplements won't do it for you, but they will provide the right formula to get it done.
posted Mar 27th, 2010 1:24 pmCalorie control pills will make you feel full faster, and you will eat less at meal time. You will feel nauseous when eating 'junk' type foods (which isn't a bad thing as these types of food do nothing for you anyway). When you eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, you feel fine. This is excellent for people who have no problem doing exercising and eating the right meals, but who have a weak spot for snacking and junk food. Love it and it prevents me from making a bad food decision - I would compare it to classical conditioning for people who don't have the right amount of will power.

-Seriously, this thing should be forbidden and removed from the market. Is Jillian trying to kill people? Just 2 pills of these fat burner cause me painful cramps all over. I cannot walk, I can hardly breath. All my movements are painful. This is not safe at all.

I bought this product because Jillian's name is on it, I figured since she is a tough personal trainer and popular I thought they would be great. I was exercising minimum 45 minutes a day for 6 days while taking the fat burner, it worked for the first 2 weeks I lost 5 pounds. But when I ran out and stopped using it, I was left with this huge headache that lasted about a week, it might be because of the caffeine. Overall, I have a hard time keeping up with my exercises, but I think its to expensive for what it does. If you stick to a routine of exercise, you will loose weight, the more you exercise, the less you get hungry, you don't need pills to loose weight, just keep in mind that once you stop taking the pills you will gain the weight back. So don't assume that the weight you will loose is permanent.

-after 4 pills it made my kidneys feel like they were on fire. Stopped taking pills and it took 20 hours to not feel burn pain. This product is dangerous. Jillian should remove her good name.

I have been taking the calorie control for 1 week now. I decided no to buy the quickstart (with fat burner included) because the amount of pills in the package was significantly less) I can say that it definately does not decrease appetite and desire for food throughout the day- but i can say that if taken around 15-20 before main meals as the instructions state-I do fill up significantly faster and feel more satisfied with a smaller portion. I have lost 3 lbs this week. Will continue to give this a shot and add the fat burner also. =)

I think people want to hope that they can pop a pill and be thin and toned. Most people are too busy to commit to a daily routine of exercise, and planning out meals. I fortunately have the time to dedicate to this, and consider myself very healthy, but in need of dropping about 15 lbs.
posted Jan 25th, 2010 11:59 amI am purchasing this product from her website tomorrow, and will def. take into consideration the 30 day money back guarantee. If I don't like it, I will return it.
I have tried a few in the past, and nothing has worked but it doesn't hurt to try.

+I started this program and I also did the recommended percentages of Carbs, Fats and Proteins for my body. For exercise I walked on my lunch break at work and would do 45 minutes of P90X. Within 2 weeks I had dropped 12 pounds and 8 inches. I would recommend if you are serious about changing your lifestyle.

-I think Jill may be selling out...she does not seem like the type of person to be hawking weight-loss pills. It really seems completely against her philosophy. You'd think she'd have enough money coming in from her books, videos, and TV shows to not need to resort to selling "supplements". I'd love to see an interview of someone asking her about these pills to see if she can keep a straight face or if she's just doing it for the money.

I'm addressing the 'CON' - If you have read her book she talks about supplements and to incorporate them with a food plan and exercise regimen. If you were to take those items she suggests you would have to purchase them individually because it's not a common formula. She never promotes these pills as the save all- just to be used in conjunction with eating healthy and exercising.

I would like to address the "conclusion" section of this page. You are right that pills are not always the answer, but I have been dieting and exercising the proper way and I am still NOT losing weight. Therefore it becomes hard to stick to diet and exercise when you don't see results. I think that this is where the pills come in and I think that is their whole purpose (not for people who lose weight easily, but for those of us who struggle and give it everything we have and have nothing to show for it).
