EXERCISE
Joel offers 3 different workouts. "Maximize Your Time" takes 17 minutes to complete. The workout starts out by warming up with the arms. Once the blood in your body is flowing Joel takes the workout up a level. By the end of workout you will have worked on the legs, arms, and abs. "Excuse Busting" is a 19 minute long workout. This workout is like "Maximize Your Time," but Joel adds cardio to the mix. The last workout is "Take Charge." "Take Charge" is 20 minutes long. Joel makes you sweat in this workout with intervals of cardio. He also targets the core with ab exercises. Joel infuses yoga into each workout to help the people stretch their body and ensure there are no injuries.
