THEY ONLY REPLY TO THE EMAILS THEY WANT TO REPLY TO & AS FOR ADDING THE DELUXE PACKAGE... IT SHOWS THAT THE SHIPPING & HANDLING IS $6.95, BUT THEY END UP CHARGING YOU $9.95 INSTEAD. I GUESS PEOPLE DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THAT & SO THEY'VE GOTTEN AWAY WITH OVER CHARGING US. AS FOR THE SUPPOSEDLY FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING... I BET THAT EXTRA $9.95 IS TOWARDS THE S&H, SO IT'S NOT REALLY FREE. OR MAYBE THEY'RE JUST KEEPING THAT & THE AMOUNT FOR S&H ON THE REGULAR KETTLENETICS ALREADY INCLUDES THE AMOUNT FOR THE DELUXE.
