Kinect™ Sports comes with six different workout games: Soccer, Volleyball, Track & Field, Bowling, Table Tennis or Boxing.
You use your body just like you would if you were playing in the real sport, the only difference is that you don't need any exercise equipment and you don't have to leave your home.
For instance, you run fast enough and jump high enough to clear simulated hurdles, you use your hands to unleash volley after volley in a game of tennis and you use the strength in your legs to hurl a crucial penalty shot.
