The diet program offered through Look Better Naked starts with making some changes to your mind and the way you think. You are asked to learn to appreciate your body as it is and start doing certain things while naked like work out, eat or sleep. The actual diet starts with a two day cleanse and then 1,400 calories per day. You eat several meals per day including breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks.
