nanoSLIM is a one-per-day diet supplement that claims to be the smallest pill on the market. The active ingredient in nanoSLIM is corosolic acid, which maintains healthy glucose levels in the body to aid weight loss. nanoSLIM gives your cells more energy, and this allows glucose to move into your muscle tissue to convert to energy instead of fat.
The key ingredients are all plant-based - lagerstroemia speciosa L. (crape-myrtle leaves), cha' de bugre extract (a Brazilian tree), green coffee extract and thallus powder (twigs). There is a long list of other ingredients including Blue No. 2, maltodextrin (a potato starch commonly used as a water soluble glue), carmine (Red No. 4) and stearic acid (a common saturated fat).
nanoSLIM discusses the importance of diet and exercise when losing weight. The site describes an eight-week study to learn nanoSLIM's results and explained that exercise and a healthy diet were required for all participants. During those two months, participants were able to lose an average of 10.6 pounds.
Like the many other diet supplements, nanoSLIM does not provide enough relevant information. Rather, it repeats the few facts they choose to present. The product FAQ only has five questions, none of which provide great detail. While nanoSLIM promotes diet and exercise to achieve the desired results, it offers no guidance in these areas.
Limited information
No explicit diet or exercise guidance
Does not appear to be 100% organic ingredients
May contain wheat
Diet and Nutrition
N/A
EXERCISE
nanoSLIM does recommend you commit to regular exercise while using the diet pill. However, there is not any specific guidance supplied.
CONCLUSION
There are so many diet pills and supplements available that it's important to weed out the one that is best for you. nanoSLIM offers a lot of incomplete and vague product information, making it difficult to accurately access its value. nanoSLIM does not make any all-natural claims and there are plenty of those supplements available. It's important to do research and consult your physician before beginning a new diet regimen.
I'll start my treatment tomorrow...Hopefully It will work out!! Good luck to everyone, and keep us posted!

Hello everyone:
I read ALL comments on here and the one thing that comes to mind is "individual results may vary". Certainly no weight loss pill can give you the will to motivate yourself to lose weight. The common denominator with all dietary supplements includes a healthy diet and exercise plan . I'm no gym buff, I'm not a nutrionalists and I definitely don't work for nanoslim but I'd like to think I've done a good job losing weight. I'm 31 years old and prior to this year, never took being overweight seriously enough to do something about it. I've been fortunate enough not to have any health issues, instead I simply decided I was tired of being overweight. I'm 5' 9" and at my max weighed 305lbs. With only diet and exercise I was able to lose 57lbs in only 3 months, that's not bragging hopefully that inspires someone to know that it can be done. Inspiration was huge for me when I first started. Anyways, after a 5 week hiatus from my diet and exercise I haven't gained any weight but as I'm sure you've guessed I haven't lost any. As of today 07/14 I'm officially re-starting my diet and exercise plan along with what I hope is beneficial aid from nanoslim. Like many of you I've never taken a diet pill but chose nanoslim based on its comparison to other top brand diet pills but mostly because of the convenience of taking one tiny pill a day. I also wanted to do something to spark my metabolism again and do a comparison to see what I can achieve this time with a little help. My new plan spans an 8 week time frame with tomorrow being the first time I take nanoslim (figure morning works best). I'll check back every Monday night with updates on progress, possible side effects and hopefully good news (just not as long, lol). Guess I'll be one of the guinea pigs for this pill. Best of luck to everyone, losing weight and maintaining it is a life change! Thanks

I started taking this pill about 6 days ago. I haven't weighed myself yet but I do feel thinner. I had been taking Alli pills for about 3 months and my weight remained the same BUT I thought they must be doing something cause I was always in the bathroom. Well the good thing about these pills is no embarassing bathroom trips. I have noticed I have more energy and a slight decress in appetite but nothing dramatic. I'm still going to keep taking them for a while cause some people need more time for their body to get into gear. Good luck everyone.

I want to know has anyone lost a significant amount of fat on their belly...because its not the cholesterol fat but simply body fat on the stomach thats soft and impossible to get rid of by exercise. idk, maybe i'm not working out the abs enough.
so I am wondering if that pill helps there on that body part...otherwise everything else is fine...

Have not lost even a pound with nano slim. I didn't have a lot to lose, I'm always battling those last 5 lbs, and I work in construction so I exercise a lot during the day and eat healthy already (I'm a pescaterian), Not even a lb which was very disappointing.

I bought Nano Slim at Walmart for $19.97 because I tend to be a couch potato too often. Must be disgusted with my weight gain. I'm 5' 1" tall, and weigh 182 now. I take a diabetic pill and hope this diet pill will reduce inches on my body. Anyone out there on prescription pills you associate with weight gain?
I took my lst pill last night
but will now take it during the daytime. Other Belly Fat
reduction pills did zip for me
so I want to trust this product for my needs.
Lots of luck to all you folks
with your weight loss and/or inches.

This product really works but you have to cut back on most bad stuff. I have been taking them about a year and purchased them at a local GNC.I keep them a take 2 daily.I had my son in 2005 and was 130pds. After nanoslim and some workout I'm 110pds and a waist to die for. Overall it much better than other pills. Now try it!

I started taking Nanoslim yesterday and noticed that I was not hungry as much. That makes me very happy b/c I tend to eat more when I am not happy. This might be the miracle pill after all. I am struggling to lose weight from having a baby....2 YEARS AGO!!! ;) I hope this works.

I've been on this pill for about a week now and I really have noticed a change in my energy and my waist. I'm not sure if I've lost weight b/c after struggling with the scale for three years I don't own one anymore and am more focused on a healthy lifestyle and inches and how I feel rather than what I weigh. Anyway I'm not huge or anything but I did get into a pretty big slump and hated the way I was looking. I work out when I can but my daily life keeps me pretty busy anyway. My jeans are fitting better than they have in quite some time. And this pill does help control my sugar level like many onthers on here i have low blood sugar. However I have noticed back pains and what I'm thinking is that I just need to drink more water. And since I have so much energy it's been hard for me to wind down at night. But other than that I''m in love with this pill and would recomend it to anyone!!! However I'm sure whatever side effects this pill may have are different for everyone. The key thing is to keep moving (Not really working out but just keep moving) and drink LOTS of water.

I was 187 5"8 and am down to 168. This was from counting calories, and some walking. I can't lose the last 10-12 pounds that I want and I bought this pill today, and will start it in the morning. I needed some extra help or push to motivate me to get the last bit of weight off. Good Luck!!1

I took 3 pills so far and feel very engergized and it's actually controlling my appetite and i'm urinating a lot, more than usual because i did notice one of the ingredients are diuretic which means it works as a water pill; i did not get on the scale, but i do feel different; you don't go by the scale, you go by how your clothes fit; i walk a long distance from the train to my job, from my job to the train everyday and down stairs to get to the train and also i have stairs in my housei walk up to get to my bedroom; i bought the pills from walmart and it had 2 packages of i think 9, i think i lost 1 package so i'm going to see what this one package does and if it does well i will go back to walmart to buy another box; and another thing, it all depends on the individual; it might work for others and not work for others; i'm a diabetic and this pill will actually help control my sugar level that's why i'm interested in this pill and also, i haven't experience any side effects, just a lot of urinating and i feel that's it's just cleaning out my body when the urination is passing thru my body; so i will recommend this pill to anyone; it just do not state what actual food you eat with it so it's up to you to determine what to eat, just eat healthy, i'm out
