-The newest issue I have found was that I was SUPPOSED to get the product and was given the information to send it back for a partial refund (minus restocking fees) and STILL haven't received the product for that. At this point, I don't know if Im going to continue to be billed or what...this is ridiculous!

-Im also screwed up by this company! they just took out 60 dollars! I sent the bottle back last month--only refunded 40 dollars! this is BS!! Do you have the right number for me to call? I lost the number and i did call the number off the trial bottle--message on machine.... sighhh please help!

-Oh no. Looks like I've been screwed by this company. I am presently on hold with these people. (estimated waiting time is 47minutes!) I had the $59.95 charge taken from my checking account today. I feel really stupid after reading the information on this site. I agree, this is a worthless, costly product.

-This company is a JOKE...DO NOT fall for the one-time BS offer, they charge your card and will not cancel. There is NO way to cancel. I have to hope my bank will help me. I have lost $60.00 right here two days before X-mas that I desperately needed. This company needs to be looked into for theft!

-My advice for those who can't seem to reach the company is to cancel it. Do this..cancel your credit card or report it stolen and get another new credit card. Or you can try disputing it. I have also called to cancel my membership but was appalled by the long wait, so after couple of minutes I decided that I was not going to get a hold of them so I called my bank and they told me to just cancelled my card and dispute the charges. Hope this help.
