Noni is a particular kind of fruit that comes from Tahiti, although Hawaii, the French Polynesia, India and other countries have begun growing this rare but increasingly popular tree. Noni is a green to yellow fruit that is roughly the size of a medium potato.
It is either eaten in its fruit or juiced form. The juiced form does not contain the fiber and protein that is retained in the whole fruit form.
Noni has been praised for having anti-inflammatory properties, making it a natural and effective tonic for acne and inflamed skin. It has also been used to ease menstrual cramps and to promote overall health. Recently, many food and supplement manufacturers have begun creating noni products even though sparse amounts of research has been done on this new super food.

It's a misconception that Noni originated in Tahiti alone, it has its origins around the ring of fire, which includes many more islands of Polynesia, Micronesia and Melanesia. The one I am taking now is from Fiji and it's been helping me great, I experienced a relief with it for my asthma in just a week and don't have to use my albuterol that often any more now. It is also great for digestion, I would also get constipated when stressed, Noni neutralizes my digestion for me.
