+it does work people who get nauseous probably aren't use to drinking our consuming caffeine. It makes you not hungry at all i have had no side effects what so ever other then forgetting to eat i have lost 25 pounds in one month i recommend it.

-Does not work. If you don't eat something before taking it, or drink enough water you will get very nauseous, light headed, and over all stomach cramps. I had these symptoms when I stopped taking it as well. It did give me more energy, but didn't loose the weight like I hoped for, and made me feel horrible. Waste of money.
