Secure shakes come in six flavors: vanilla, chocolate, pina colada, mixed berry, peanut butter and coffee. Each shake comes in a powdered form and is mixed with water when you are ready to drink it.
You are encouraged to eat a shake in place as often as you like in lieu of a meal or snack. If you want, you can eat a healthy and portion-controlled dinner or lunch in addition to drinking the shakes.
The Secure product website also includes a variety of shake and smoothie recipes such as key lime pie smoothie and mint chocolate chip shake.

I am drinking the coffee flavor. I bought it because of the calorie content. I think it has a very good taste. I also bought the chocolate. I have not tried it yet.

To me the flavors are just blah...but that is okay..I bought these for their nutritional content..I truse Andrew lessman products for their bio availability..he uses top quality ingredients..the blah taste can be overcome...a little frozen fruit in the vanilla..a spoon of raw cacao powder and a little stevia in the chocolate...and a few ounces of brewed coffee in the coffee flavor...see...all better...

I think meal replacement shakes are the key in losing weight. I drink two a day and they have helped me maintain my ideal shape and I feel healthier, and more energetic.

-BOOO! Bad after taste, chalky feel. The old formula was great, the new formula, with 77 calories is AWFUL! Very disappointed andrew lessman customer!

+I love the Secure drinks - and they come in 6 different flavors...so there's something for just about everyone. The vanilla is by far the most versatile. The addition of some non-fat milk and some frozen fruit in a blender makes a delicious (and healthy) smoothie. I now have one every day for breakfast and it's something that I actually look forward to drinking! The six flavors are as follows (and I've ranked them according to my preference): Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Pina Colada, Mixed Berry, and Coffee. Be aware - the coffee flavor does contain a small amount of caffeine.

+Finally! A product that REALLY DOES taste good. I am using it to replace one meal a day to start a weight loss program. I have the Vanilla, and won't be discarding this one because of the poor taste!

posted Jul 4th, 2009 10:24 amI get the Coffee flavor, and mix it into Hazelnut Coffee that I have brewed and allowed to cool. I keep a pitcher of this cold coffee in the fridge and mix my Coffee Secure into chilled coffee.
A handful of cubes and you have a lovely iced coffee that is full of nutrients and low in calories- and being "diet controlled diabetic" I need to eat 5-6 small meals/snacks a day- so I have two of my "Iced Coffee" drinks every day.
My sister loves this in reg. chilled coffee, my mother-in-law loves her's in milk, my girlfriend drinks one every morning in her hot coffee. Lots of options for the coffee flavor Secure.
