I have met my goals now so I think I will cut the dose in half for the fat burn and just take 1 per day as long as I am not gaining weight.

I bought a bottle because it was 9.00 clearance at walmart. I have taken Hoodia before. It was these gel caps from Applied Nutrition, which I cant find now. Well the original pills worked so I gave these a try. I took them because a diabetes pill I tried made me ravenously hungry. Well these pills did not work, but then again like I said I was basically trying to fix a side effect. In all honesty these are hard pills that your body really cant digest and you take 3 pills before a meal. So if you get full its because you are full of pills!!

iam 130 .. i would love to get back to 120 .. i gained about 10pounds sadly. i started taking the pills today .. i feel fine .. i ate healthy as i usualy do anyways and exercised a little bit.. ill update as time goes by :)

I actually started today at 163LB I am eating healthy and working out, I havent had any side effects no shakyness no rapid heart, and it actully helped me cause i woke up tiered walked 45 minutes and (other than my feet) im not tiered so for now I say its good Ill be back give more feed back when I finish the bottle
