-I ordered the trial and didn't recieve it in time I called to cancel and was offered an extended time i called back 2 days later and canceled anyway. I just found out my account was charged 78.41 and when i called the representative was rude said that I had not called and since I didn't know the reps name that I had talked to I would not be refunded. The trial period is for 8 days and you get charged on that day and I didn't recieve the stuff till the 11th day.
