After applying some of the concepts in Michael Gonzalez-Wallaces book "Super Body, Super Brain", I saw dramatic improvements in one of my traumatic brain injury patients. I would highly recommend it. It is a revolutionary new program that I feel would benefit anybody willing to spend 10 minutes a day to improve their health and well being.
