It's not just the mere presence of trigger foods that sabotage your diet, but rather it is how you think about food, your health and your body that leads you to squelch any diet within 72 hours of starting it. So goes the basic premise behind Chris Bennet's ebook, Think and Be Thin.
Don't expect a laid out diet plan. The approach to Think and Be Thin has very little to do with outlining foods you will eat, but rather it will help you develop your cognitive and thinking skills so that you can make smarter and healthier food choices. The ebook instructs you to do a number of exercises that are intended to alter the way in which you think about yourself.
Bennett also offers 16 weeks of free email reminders and his own availability via email for any questions you may have.

DIET and NUTRITION
A diet and nutrition plan is not discussed in this book. It is considered to be secondary to changing how you think about your health and your body. The idea is that once you start to change how you think about yourself, you will then make healthier eating choices.
EXERCISE
Exercise is mentioned as tertiary to a change in thinking and diet. It is stated that exercise will happen naturally as thinking changes.
CONCLUSION
Although the tone tries to be inspiring, Mr. Bennett disempowers his readers by stating they have a lack of willpower and self-control. He then asks them to change their thinking based on a few exercises.
Although these can be helpful exercises, most people will need a counselor or at least a diary to help them identify their thinking patterns when they fall back into old thinking habits. He is correct that changing your thought patterns can have a major impact on your life, but the process is not clearly explained, nor is it quite as simple as this ebook might lead you to believe.
