The exercise balls are available for in two sizes, 55 centimeters for people 5 feet 5 inches and shorter or 65 centimeters for people taller than 5 foot 5 inches. The balls feature exercises to strengthen the core and work the abs. It can withstand up to 400 pounds.
According to the company website, G2 Lifestyles' CEO was inspired to create the TRAINERmat after pursuing golf professionally. He found that flexibility was his major weakness, and wanted to improve by stretching more regularly at home.
