Walking for Weight Loss, Wellness & Energy was made from certified wellness coach, Jessica Smith. This fitness expert has been in the industry for more than 10 years and started her fitness journey over 40 pounds ago with her own body. You'll have two different walks to choose from that each last 30 minutes as well as a warm up and a cool down that each last five minutes. Both walks include visual examples of beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Your first option is the "High Energy Walk" which is the easier version made to keep your heart rate up at a steady pace that can result in endurance building.

Your second option is the "Power Walk" which is the more intense version due to intervals of power walking and jogging. This walk should be done if you desire higher amounts calories burned, but it does require greater cardiovascular stamina.

Both walks keep a quick pace the entire time with very little rest. You'll be tapping, stepping, walking, jogging and even dancing. Upper body movements are used by stretching the arms and moving them around in certain patterns. No body weight moves are performed.
