+I am a 58 year old female recovering from a fall that left me using a cane for 4 months. I am now 22 pounds lighter, and have dropped 5" from my waist, wear a size 4, down from a size 14 and I owe it all to Wii Fit plus. I am stronger and leaner than I have been in 35 years, but best of all I can now speed walk 120bpm. I feel stronger and more healthy with each time I use the system. This is not just a game, it is a lifestyle renovation, body rejuvenator and the personal coach makes a big difference. I can actually see the progress I have made since starting to use this program 105 days ago, as everything is recorded on a graph. I would recommend this Wii fit plus program to anyone wanting to live healthier and longer, strong and lean, who can't afford the clubs or wants privacy while working out. By combining my personal workout routine, plus speed walking 7000steps every other day and watching my diet, I have found the solution I needed.
