Diets in Review Question

A lot of the eating rules on the 17 day diet are for people working 8-4 or 9-5, what about midnight shifts

This is about the 17 day diet plan. For example my schedule is from 6 p.m to 4 a.m. How do I not eat certain foods after 2 p.m.? Also, could someone take a hard look at exercise for people over 400 lbs who have no cartilige in their knees and don't have access to swimming pools?
