ANyone reccomend snacks to help with hunger?

I started using the shake yesterday and the taste is AMAZING! Everyone says they are satisfied with it yet I still feel VERY hungry...? perhaps my stomach needs to shrink before I feel "full" but I was wondering what kind of snacks are recommended to help with hunger if any. I just had a baby 4 months ago and have about 30 to lose just don't want the feeling that I may eat my arm off ;) Thank you in advance!
