Can I join Jillian in January?

I want to join Jillian, but I am not able to until Janurary can I Join at that time. I go on a lot of trips and then the Holidays which I don't handle very well so after all have be done then I want to join Jillian and get the help I know I need I couldn't find a place but I have six stints and a bypass on leg I have P.A.D. and it is hard to exercise but I love to dance if just by myself I put in CD's and try dancing to them I know I need HELP Jillian please let me know before Janurary my weight goes up and down now it is up again. Christina
