I'm thinking about using SQ
ive never been on diet pills so im nervous
i need to loose 40ibs
do yal recommend me using SQ?

Not knowing your current health situation such as heart problems, diabetes, etc... no one can make that assumption. Contact your health care provider and show them a copy of the ingredients in SQ. Good Luck!
