does anyone like the 17 day diet , it seems so generic?

you can buy the book on amazon.. only 15.00 or kindle. i wished i wouldn't of spent 50.00 to get it rushedwith the dvd

Yes, the book has been available on Amazon since March 15, 2011. It is also available for Kindle.
