does it work, without bouncing back?

so, I'm thinking about buying this. the only thing I'm worried about is gaining all the weight back. i went on a diet a year ago (without pills, nothing) and i lost 30 pounds. then i gained all of it back (plus more) over the past year, just not looking at what i eat and stuff. I'm 5'7" and I weigh 165 pounds. does it work?

I will be completely honest with you about my experience. I have been overweight most of my life. I've tried Hoodia supplements, but nothing happened. I started taking Zantrex 3 and I lost almost 20 pound in one month- no exercising. BUT, the side effects were horrible. I was light-headed, agitated, and it tore my stomach up. BUT, I did lose the weight- really fast. It cut my appetite, but the side effects were horrible. I got off of them, and tried them again 4 years later. Once again, I lost 17 pounds on one month, but the side effects returned.
I also took zantrex about three years ago and I lost 90 pounds in 6 months, but I included a diet plan with exercising. I stopped taking the pills and gained back 45 pounds. I am once again going to try my hand and take zantrex to see if I can lose again. I didn't experience any side effects except for the boost of energy which was perfect!
What botle did you guys take the Red one oe Blue one ??? I have been looking into getting these this week...
get blue for weight loss and red for toning
