hCG Diet is Not Working

I have the same problem I started it 2 days ago and I'm just starving,And I have been almost dazed feeling. I only have about 10-15 pounds to lose, I'm wondering why everyone has such luck on it,Also I gained 2 pounds the first day of 500 calories and I followed it very strictly i don't really want to quit cause I paid a lot for it, but I can't handle this. Any helpful hints would be great thanks

Find a physcian that administers the HCG diet. Your first two days should have been ones that you gorged on all the good food you want--this helps you overcome the first week or so of the diet. If you have good HCG you should not be hungry. This is my 9th day; I've lost 17 pounds but I also am doing less than 500 calories/day and while its hard it only takes discipline to stay within the diet protocol. I hope you have a turn around soon.

The first maybe 2 ddays of 500 calories are hard, after that it's nothing, you're not starving or even really hungry. Also, you can't use any lotion or creme's, includes tanning lotion. If you need lotion, you can use the johnson and johnson baby lotion in the pink bottle. Any other lotion or even make-up with oil in it absorbs into you so you won't lose the weight. The key to not being hungry is make sure you are drinking your water. I have lost 11 lbs in 10 days. The first two days were gorging out and the 3rd day was very very very hard but it does get easier. I had a headache the 3rd day so I took a nap and when I got up it was gone. I am on the 2nd week so do not give up. It is well worth it. You really have to stay true to the diet if you add flavoring to anything it will interfere with your results. Hope this helps. keep up the strict diet if you are still hungry eat more veggies and add a fruit. you will see results soon.

The first two day are gorging out so that should be easy but the 3rd day is really hard just remember it gets easier every day. You really have to drink your water. I have lost 11lbs in 10 days and I am determined to stay with it . I love the results so far. Just remember do not add any flavoring to your water or food because it will interfere with your weight loss. Whenever I start to get hungry I down a whole bottle of water and then I am good. The fruit I have been eating the large apples and I am still losing but everyone is different. Good luck.

I have found that you can increase the frequency of the drops in the early stages when hunger may be an issue. reduce the number of drops but take them more often. I also found that drinking more and including liquid colloidal plant based minerals made a huge difference to any symptom of fatigue, fuzziness or heachache. It is an amazing program and definitely reshapes the body like nothing else. there is no way one could feel this good on just a 500 cal diet without the drops.

Thank you everyone for all your help I appreciate is so much cause as you can see I have clearly been struggling I'm on day 5 of p2 and I feel a lot better also I'm down 6 pounds which is awesome.

I heard that the more you have to lose, the faster it drops off. So since you only have 10-15 lbs to lose it may take more time. the last 15 are always the hardest!

YOU NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH AN M.D FOR THIS TYPE OF DIET AND DO NOT SKIP THE SUPPLEMENTS, THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT WHILE YOU ARE ON THIS DIET!!!
