Should I try the rice diet,and should I put Salt on my food! People tell me that will make me have more weight.

Rice is a Carb, are you burning what your eatting, and if your having Hi Blood Salt is not a good idea. Salt retains water weight gain. its a preserveitive so it holds on to what is there, try Mrs Dash, there are a lot of flavors, it's all about retraining your taste buds. If you eat a Carrot do you need Ranch dressing on it. or some kind of dressing? try it with out it for a day and see the difference a day makes with out the extras that we think we need. your just adding more calories that your adding to what you want to lose.
