How can Weight Watchers help with my health problems?

I am a diebtic and found that I have a fatty liver and fatty panceas how can you help to loss weight

How can weight watchers help, with my diebtis and fatty liver and fatty panceus so I can lose the weight I have had gastrobypass surgery that didn't work. I have tried weight watchers before it din't work back then why should I trust it now
