how do I join the lawsuit concerning the skechers shape-ups?

I purched a pair of skechers shape ups- 3 years ago and fell and messed my left ankle and foot bad.the is coloring i have from the fall on top of my foot will alway be with me and still to this day I have problems with this foot.I was in a boot cast for 6 weeks.how do I join the lawsuit?
