How do I make the caveman diet work?

I have been doing this diet for 3 weeks but have been slowly gaining weight, I truly do not understand why I have made some pretty drastic changes to my diet pertaining to this method. If anyone who has been getting good results from this diet pelase enlighten me because I have faith its just perhaps I am eating too much of the unprocessed foods, anyways let me know if you have any suggestions!

If you are gaining weight re-evaluate what products your are buying and using. It could also be the recipes that you have.

I have bee on the Paleo plan for 18 months. The first month was awful. Rule 1- drink all the water you can. Also, once I cut all non veggie carbs, I began to see results. I started at 345 pounds, I now weigh 260 (after gaining a few over the holidays). You have to adopt this as a new way of eating, not a diet. Good luck!!!!

This isn't a weight-loss diet. My husband has dropped an insane amount of weight on this diet, sometimes 3 pounds in one day. But, I doubt his results are typical. If I were to try this as a weight loss diet, I'd have the same results as you.
