How do I reach your customer Service?

I recieved a damaged Package of Slim Spray. It was completely empty when I recieved it. There was no return label, nor address for me to send it back and I am exhusted trying to find a phone number or someone to help me with this problem!! You were real "Quick" to take my money but not to give me any help.Please help me to find Customer Service for this Slim Spray Product
