i lose weight daily i can eat constantly but i still lose weight ?

To gain weight safely, eat frequently. Have snacks in-between meals and before you go to bed. Some people choose meal replacement drinks, such as Ensure and Boost. At your meals and snacks, make a point of choosing high calorie foods like nuts, nut butters, seeds, dried fruit, starches, and whole grains, as well as foods prepared with oils and mayonnaise, the healthy fats. Drink liquids that contain calories like 100% fruit juice and milk. Simultaneously, work out with weights to build muscle as you gain weight.
