I am celiac and need to be gluten free. How will Weight Watchers strategy work for me?

Gluten-free means no wheat, rye, or barley product. I would very much like your help to see how the 'Weight Watcher program' will work for me?

With Weight Watchers you choose the foods you eat. There are no pre-set meal plans or packaged foods, it's completely your own choice. You just have to stay within the target PointsPlus range given to you either via your Weight Watchers Online membership, or from your Weight Watchers Meetings leader. Be sure to choose gluten-free foods and you should be fine to follow the program like anyone else. For Weight Watchers Online members, there are community discussion boards dedicated to following the program while eating a gluten-free diet, which may be helpful.
