Diets in Review Question

I bought the Pink Method diet and it's working great but have not gotten the news letter?

Pink method diet.. I need to speak to someone from the pink diet.. Have questions....How do iget the news letter?, do you have the protein drink morning and after working out? I work out at night and then I have to eat dinner soon after? Do I still drink the protein drink? What if I go out to dinner?
