I cannot have caffiene due to heart palpations. Can I still do the 17 day diet?

yes there are many green teas that do not have caffeine it it.

yes you can! Me and my husband are actually doing this together and we have completly cut out our caffeine intake. no more sodas and only decaf greann tea which i love! good luck!
