Hi. Anyone who has a medical condition, we recommend consults with their MD to make sure that there are no contraindications for you. There is a miniscule amount of caffeine in Rescue Me and a small amount of caffeine in Pagoda from organic green tea leaf. All our products are organic and natural and our lifestyle program supports a healthy blood pressure, so our members who have Hypertension are getting their weight loss goals met and are achieving optimal health! I would not recommend the Organic Liaison line to anyone who is on a prescription medication. These supplements could possibly affect your blood pressure and interact with blood pressure medication.
