In my experience with Raspberry Ketones, I have never had any 'chased by a bear' feelings whatsoever. I have improved energy, which means I only need one brief nap a day, instead of two naps each at least one hour long, then a groggy feeling. My thyroid function pre Raspberry Ketones was very low, now after taking 500 mg twice daily for three months, my thyroid function is normal and my eyebrows are beginning to grow again. I understand that I am taking a high dose of Raspberry Ketone, but that is what it took for me to get the benefits it had for me. I cannot speak for anyone else, since I am not a researcher (haven't done any double-blind studies) and different human bodies perform in a variety of ways with almost every substance. Each of us has to try to find what is the truth for us regarding the advice of any doctor, or any information found on the web. In my opinion, Dr. Oz is a seeker, like most of us, with the difference that he is a highly knowledgeable physician and has access to more accurate information than some of us. That said, everything that may be true for many may not be true for me - it is my responsibility to find out for myself.

Excellent answer. Very wise and knowledgable. They are great if it is truly RK 99.5% pure and natural not mixed with other barks and fruit or CAFFEINE which is clearly what these other peole were taking. You gotta read the label and research it on the internet. Only get the one that has nothing added. If it won't tell you with certainy that it is 99.5% natural and pure don't buy it.
