how can i use the 8 min in the morning diet and i have a 4 year old

Unfortunately, I understand that working through the night is hard especially if you have a small child. Maybe look into doing some workouts with your child. Go and use the great outdoors for a run with your son in a stroller after you get home from work in the morning. Short workouts that involve interval training would be my suggestion if your time is tight.
