if you weigh 500 lbs at 29 a male at 5ft 10 how many points can he eat?

hes very depressed about his weight and i join WW and lost 65 lbs still have it off lost a little more broke 200 mark but please can you help my son i love him so much , can you please hellp i tried but he didnt want to he thinks he will stare.
