I'm 13. Should I try the lemonade diet?

Hi my name is Melanie but most people call me Mel for short. I am 13 and is 160LB also 5'03 inch tall.I get bullied everyday at school for being FAT and i hate it, the doctor said if i didnt lose some weigth i could have a heart dissorder. *No exercise* Should I Try it ?

Although the lemonade diet helps you lose weight, you should really only use it for detoxing purposes. Try cardio. You're 13, you should be incorporating daily exercise into your routine. Consult your doctor.

no, you should eat healthy and exercise there are so many fun activities at the gym like steps body pump zumba and walk stop eating carbs after 7 pm eat like a king when eating your breakfast, have your lunch like a princess and dinner like a homeless ahah do not eat full meal or heavy meals after 7 pm set small goals so u can achieved the big goals i was 280 p when i was 18 years old i feel your pain no boy looked at me everybody knew me by my short nickname whale i was always lonely and unhappy one day i woke up and i took control of my life (don;t go crazy) i stared eating well i became a vegetarian and i joined the goodlife fitness today i am a happy women i weight 130 p and i am sexy and i know it funny thing i am hotter than the ones that used to call me whale ahahaha life is beautiful too bad that is too short dont waste it

Mel, when I was 12 I was 5'4" and 171 lbs. Kids your age are just cruel. Don't listen to them. My doctor told me the same thing yours told you so I got my doctor to give me a note to join Weight Watchers. It was amazing! You don't need to do something drastic like this diet. All you need to do is get more active and find a support group with people who can help you like I did with Weight Watchers. You are at the age where you will naturally lose some weight anyways because you've still got baby fat. I completely cut out soda and sugar and by the time I was 14 I had lost over 20 lbs. Just start living a more healthy lifestyle and you'll be ok!
