in the attack phase, can i have cold cuts, and hard cheese?

i am asking if deli meats like turkey roll or frankfuters are allowed, also if i may have american cheese, or cheddar cheese in the attack phase.

Turkey roll and frankfurters will lead to bad health if you will refer to the ingredients label. Also, any version of American cheese is the worse type -they are always the same shade of yellow food color. A quality cheddar cheese that has been aged is ok, but for the cholesterol - an egg is better!
