Is blood in urine happened anyone to else while using the Jillian Michaels Detox?

went through the first 7 days no issue nothing happened. Starting taking the probiotic and fat burner...stomach soreness, gas, then noticed blood on t-paper after BM and then bloodtissue in urine and am midcycle.....stopped taking the pills. Hoping it stops has me worried.
Don't take this product!
